Refund and Returns Policy

At dickinsclothe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dickinsclothe. You will be asked to provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for your protection. dickinsclothe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.

If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been personalized, customized, or altered in any way.
